The gatekeeper at the gate to heaven says, 'There are too many people in heaven so you have to pass this quiz to get in.'
Forrest Gump says, 'Okay.'
The gatekeeper says, 'First question: What two days of the week begin with T?'
Gump replies, 'That's easy. Today and tommorrow.'
The gatekeeper says, 'Well, I didn't think of that so I'll give it to you.
Second question: How many seconds are in a year?'
Gump says, '12, January 2nd, February 2nd...'
The gatekeeper says, 'That wasn't what I was thinking, but I'll give it to you.
Last question: What is God's first name?'
Gump replies, 'Howard.'
The gatekeeper says, 'How on earth did you get Howard?'
Gump says, 'It's common sense. Our father, who art in heaven, Howard be thy name.'
He then goes to the next man, "Do you want to go to Heaven, my son?" And the man answers, "Yes Father, indeed I want to do that very thing." "Then ye must get out of this pub right now!" orders the priest.
Father Murphy continues this throughout the pub until he comes to the last man. "Do you want to go to Heaven, man?!" exhorts the priest. The man looks at his half-full beer, turns, looks at Father Murphy and says, "No, I don't,Father." "You mean to tell me, young man, that when you die, you don't want to go to Heaven?" asks the priest incredulously. "Oh, well, when I die, yes Father, I certainly do. I thought you were getting a group together to go right now!"
So the man went to Italy for two years and then came back and asked the monk again what the noise was. The monk said, 'I can't tell you, you're not a high monk. You have to go to Italy for three years.' So the man went, came back and then asked the monk again what the noise was. Again the monk said, 'I can't tell you, you're not a king monk. You have to go to Italy for four years.' So the man went, came back and once more asked the monk.
And the monk said, "The pipes bang sometimes. Aren't I a passive aggressive sadist for not just telling you that in the first place? And aren't you a sorry-assed sucker for jumping through my retarded hoops?"
God steps up and waggles and wiggles and then badly hooks his ball into the trees. As it flies in, a huge oak is struck by lightning and splits, one half falling into the path of the oncoming ball and knocking it into the fairway. As it comes to a rest, a bare 50 yards out, a squirrel darts out of the woods on the other side and grabs the ball and takes off towards the left-side woods. Before he gets in, an eagle swoops down and grabs the squirrel, carrying it aloft down the fairway. Just as it passes over the green, the eagle is pelted by hailstones, whereupon it drops the squirrel (still clutching the ball) onto the green about three feet from the hole. Dazed, the squirrel spits the ball out where it rolls up and stops on the lip of the cup. Suddenly there is an earthquake! The ball drops in... hole in one!
Jesus stares at John the Baptist with a pissed look, then turns to God and says: Dad? We gonna play golf, or are you just gonna mess around?
